What is the Matrix?
The Matrix is a Commission Program which pays commissions when Products or Services are sold.
Is there a way to send my prospects directly to the opportunity page?
Yes! In fact, you can direct them to almost any page on the site.

Here's how it works:

First, open your browser and navigate to the page on the tvc martix site that you want to send your prospects to. Once you are there, copy the URL for that page. For example, the URL for the opportunity page is:

https://www.tvcmatrix.com/secure/opportunity/opp1.asp

Second, to create a link that will automatically make the prospect your guest, add this to the end of the url: "?uid=<username>". So if your user name were topsales, for example, the full link would be:
https://www.tvcmatrix.com/secure/opportunity/opp1.asp?uid=topsales

How do I qualify for the Matrix?
Now, any sale with CV of $5.95 or more will qualify you for the Matrix, allowing you to build your Matrix faster.
I am an SBCA member, where do I sign up for the Internet Service?
You can go to the following website for information:
https://secured-sites.com/signup/sbca

How many different kinds of commissions are there?
There are 2 different types of commissions. DISCOUNT COMMISSIONS are paid on the first purchase of any product or service. RETIREMENT COMMISSIONS are paid on all re-purchases of a given product or on the monthly fees collected on services after the initial payment.
When I make a sale, when do I get paid?
DISCOUNT COMMISSIONS are paid weekly. If we received collected funds on a new purchase by midnight Saturday, your discounts will be paid 1 week from the following Monday. RETIREMENT commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month.
Aren’t all funds collected at the time the order is accepted on the Internet?
Credit cards are processed before the order is accepted. However, if your customer pays by e-check (bank draft), it takes between 4 and 5 working days for the check to clear.
What is Commissionable Value?
Commissionable Value is the portion of the purchase price on which commissions are paid which can be less than the purchase price of the product. Once you have logged onto your website, the Commissionable Value is displayed below the retail price of the product. For purchases from Affiliate Vendors, the Commissionable Value is generally between 5 and 30 percent of the purchase price. These percentages can be reviewed by clicking on the Sales Support button under the Associates Tab.
How do I qualify for Matching Retirement and 2nd Matching Retirement Commissions?
If you maintain a paid up membership with a value of at least $5.95 or have a 1st Generation Associate who maintains a paid up membership with a value of at least $5.95, you qualify for Retirement Commissions. If you make a sale or purchase of at least $5.95 within a 3 month period, and the total value of your paid up membership and the paid up memberships of your 1st Generations is $40 or greater, you qualify for Matching Retirement Commissions on all of your 1st Generation Associates. That means whatever your 1st Generation Associates receive as Retirement Commissions will be paid to you as well. If you qualify for Matching Retirement Commissions and the total value of your paid up membership and the paid up memberships of your 1st Generations is $100 or greater, you qualify for 2nd Matching Retirement. That means whatever your 2nd Generation Associates receive as Retirement Commissions will be paid to you as well.
What is the difference between the SBCA Platinum and the SBCA Platinum Plus?
The SBCA Platinum Plus include some additional discount health benefits such as Dental Discounts, Nurse Hotline, Neighborhood Pharmacy Card, Medifile medical record service and VIP Health Wellness Services. It also include Hospital Indemnity Insurance for the person whose name is on the membership.
Who is TVC, and why is the associate agreement with TVC instead of TVCmatrix?
